Julia Vitória de Oliveira Carvalho, known as Julia Vitória, is one of the leading voices of the new generation of gospel singers. At just 21 years old, she stands out for her sweet voice, inspiring compositions, and heartfelt renditions of Christian music classics. She is the daughter of Ana Paula and Antoniel Carvalho, and the older sister of Pedro Henrique.
To spread the Good News across the nations through the Word and music. I love writing songs, listening to music, and worshiping God.
This is part of Julia’s essence and identity in Christ.
Born in New Jersey, USA, Julia is the daughter of Brazilian parents and began attending church at the age of six — the same time she joined her school choir and started singing in worship services, encouraged by her father, who always had a love for music.
In her teenage years, at just 15, she began posting covers on social media and quickly saw her videos reach unimaginable audiences. The following year, she partnered with Musile Records and has since released moving songs that have accumulated around 800 million streams and attracted more than 2.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
Even with only a few years of career, Julia Vitória’s repertoire includes several hits, such as De Dentro pra Fora, Além do Rio Azul, Esperança, Tuas Águas (with Gabriela Rocha), Começo, Meio e Fim / Mais Perto Quero Estar (Live), as well as songs recorded in different languages — a hallmark of her artistic journey.
Her most recent project, Live In America, is especially meaningful as it was recorded in her hometown. The work features six songs, including Nós Te Adoramos (Live) and Tua Presença (Live), along with a new version of Palavras.
For the second half of 2024 and throughout 2025, Julia is preparing major projects that will bring her deep passion to every corner of Brazil. She is also set to release a live album recorded during the “De Dentro pra Fora” conference in Orlando, Florida.
